Internal Structure

Uprights, runners and crossbars composed of one structural galvanized steel complete of a hole for fixing plants and predisposed for the fastening of the panels’ butt straps. The assembling of the structure is assured by telescopic snap elements which allow the levelling of possible floor-ceiling misalignments.

Finishing panels

Double melamine chipbaord panel – depth: mm. 12 applied on the two faces of the wall with aluminium butt straps - continuous fastening. Plasterboard, 12,5 mm deep, covered with vinyl tissue or with pre-painted sheet available on request.

Insulation

The door hollow space can be insulated from heat and from sounds with mineral wood panels depth: up to 50 mm.

Glass parts

Extruded round aluminium frameworks for glasses painted with epoxy powder paint or anodized, equipped with EPDM packings. The frameworks can hold every kind of glass: single, double or double-glazing.

Finishing elements

Butt straps, wainscots, edges, pre-painted or anodized aluminium ceiling and wall connections.

Doors

You can choose among blind or glass / single or double doors composed of: extruded aluminium frame - round section with gaskets and pivots; flush door covered with plastic bar and inserted into an aluminium frame, complete of MERONI handle.
