We attribute a special value to our modular inspectionable partition wall with steel structure: pipes and conducts can be installed on the whole height and it is possibile to install detachable class 1 panels or pre-painted steel sheet with internal double plasterboard cladding which determines the fire-resistance class “0”. It can be used in labs, offices, sheds etc. If the whole facility is realised with Class “0” panels, the wall is REI 120 certified (120 minutes of resistance when fire passes from one side to the other) by an Institute of experimentation and certification authorised by the Italian Ministry for Home Affaires.
